52 Omelettes
Omelettes are awesome. They're the perfect flavour delivery system. Yet all too often we simply throw in some cheese, onions, peppers and maybe a little ham and call it a day.
It's such a missed opportunity.
I eat omelettes on the regular. And I'm always playing around with flavour combinations.
Last December I decided to make a different omelette every week for a year, and share them with the world.
What follows is the result.
But first, a little something about recipe websites.
I run several websites and understand the importance of search engine optimization. There's a reason recipe websites bore you with an unbearable story before giving you the goods.
I get it. I've done it.
But I'm also a cook.
And I believe that food should be shared. Nobody has ever searched for a recipe with the intent of learning the history of a dish. If they did, they wouldn't have added 'recipe' to the search bar.
This is different. This probably won't show up in most search results. I could have written these to improve my chances but that wasn't the point.
Instead, I decided to skip the nonsense and get straight to the point: helping you make better omelettes.
Now, all that talking aside, here are 52 omelettes.
Do breakfast better.
