Thin Lines

The other day I wrote about walking the line between pride and arrogance. In the days since, I’ve noticed how common such a line is.

With the selfishness I mentioned yesterday, the balance is making sure your self-care isn’t at another’s expense.

Your friends will usually lend a thoughtful ear while you voice your feelings of frustration and pain, as long as it doesn’t cross over into complaining.

Working quickly, and tackling a project with speed, can have huge benefits. But rushing often causes more harm than good.

Thin lines are everywhere. Finding them without crossing is the hardest part.
