Technology

I often discuss interesting technologies such as automation and AI. Electric and self-driving vehicles are subjects that come up in both conversation and on this blog.

Occasionally my words are criticized, attacking the flaws of each technology. More recently, after Toyota made a statement that they weren’t prioritizing EVs, I was asked why I’m so focused on those and not alternative fuels.

The simple truth is that I just don’t know much about them. But it doesn’t mean that I have no interest.

I study future technologies because it’s where we’re headed. Still, I can only understand so much of it. The tech news that I get bombarded with in a given week is staggering. The amount that I can digest is miniscule.

Just because I write about one advancement doesn’t mean that I disregard another.

I write about technology to help others understand what’s coming. Moreover, to better understand it myself.

My next deep dive just might be hydrogen-powered vehicles. Maybe it will be flame-throwing robot dogs.

Only the future knows.
