But the song is fucking powerful, and terrifyingly relevant today.

I’m working on a longer piece about the subject that I hope to get out soon. But not only are we slow-stepping to the edge of a third world war — we’re also approaching the potential of tactical nuclear weapons being used on the battlefield.

I’m an optimist. I always look for and expect the best outcome.

But considering Russia/Ukraine, Israel/Palestine/Lebanon/Iran, and China/Taiwan — what happens during the next few weeks might change history.

Something unfathomable is becoming a non-zero probability.
