The world where you picked a career and stayed with it is over. Climbing corporate ladders is a waste of time when the top of the ladder could easily lead to an obsolete position.

To know what’s coming, to hone new skills, and to be open to a future of absolute uncertainty.

Work at what you’re good at but don’t get too comfortable in your career.

Perhaps you’ll be one of the lucky ones.

Maybe not.
