I’ve been playing around with intermittent fasting lately.
The concept has been on my radar for some time but I had never given it much thought. Recently, however, a friend started the routine and it piqued my interest.
I’ve only been doing it for a handful of weeks now, and typically only on work days. So I haven’t yet noticed the full spectrum of benefits.
Still, as a food lover and somewhat of a glutton at times, it’s wild how easy it’s become to simply not eat.
More than anything else, it’s been a lesson in discipline. And so far, it’s been fairly easy.
Over the next few weeks, I plan on diving deeper into the experiment and see how it affects my focus and mood over time.
