These products aren’t household names. Mostly because they failed miserably.

One might assume that their creator’s career would have been short-lived — having wasted countless millions developing useless products.

But instead, he thrived. He learned from his mistakes. It’s one of those great lessons of entrepreneurship that I try to take with me on my own journey. Failures can be the greatest teachers if you’re willing to learn.

Steve Jobs knew this.

It’s why his later innovations built one of the most successful companies in the world.
