I’m double posting today because I just saw what the entire world is talking about.

What was Elon thinking?

In what possible world did he think that would be a good idea?

I don’t care how he meant it, I don’t care how he tries to defend it. Whether it was a Roman salute or something else — he did the thing that nobody should ever do.

And as up in arms [pun intended] as everyone will be over this, I don’t care about them either.

It’s the others — the extremists who believe in the ideology that the gesture represents. They’ve just watched one of the most powerful men on earth suggest that such things are not only acceptable, but encouraged.

Regardless of how he tries to spin this, Elon messed up.
