Thin Line

We all have successes and accomplishments, things we’ve done that give us a sense of pride.

However, the line between pride and arrogance is a tight one to walk. And many of us downplay our achievements and abilities for fear of appearing arrogant.

It’s ok to be proud of what you’ve done, to talk about your success, and allow your wins to be acknowledged. To do otherwise is a disservice to yourself and to all of the work you’ve put in.

Pride without arrogance may be a balancing act, but the other direction is selling yourself short.
