It’s so much easier to complain than to find a solution to the problem. That’s why most people default to this behaviour.
I see this at work every day. Everything is always someone else’s fault. It’s all deflection and blame. Few ever take ownership when something goes wrong, and fewer take any corrective or preventative action.
But it’s not just at work. It’s everywhere.
And over time, this mentality infects the entire culture. It becomes so ingrained that even suggesting change is scoffed at.
That’s why action is so important. Because when the many would rather accept the demise of everything around them, it’s the few who push back that make the biggest change.
