If you’re going through hell, keep going.

This famous Winston Churchill quote popped into my mind today as a coworker and I discussed some of history’s epic lines.

Coincidentally, this evening I had a chat with someone close to me who is going through a personal hell of sorts.

And it got me thinking of some of my dark times. It also reminded me of some of the brightest.

They go hand in hand.

The dark feels as dark as it does because it contrasts the light you’ve felt. And the only way that the light can feel as good as it does, is by living in the dark and pushing through.
