Progression

If you aren’t cringing at your younger self, you aren’t changing.

You should be in a state of constant progression, making mistakes and learning from them. If you can look back at yourself a year ago and not see how much you’ve changed, you’re doing something wrong.

The best version of you is not some goal that can be attained. It’s not some achievement that once you reach it, you stop doing the work.

The best you is the one who understands that the work is never done. That there will always be new lessons to learn.
